The Audition Process
We hold open auditions twice a year. We look for vocal agility, an ear for complex harmonies, and most importantly, a spirit open to collaboration.
Digital Submission
Submit a two-minute a cappella recording of a piece that best highlights your range.
Live Workshop
Selected candidates are invited to a collaborative workshop to test blend and improvisation.
Final Interview
A brief conversation with our artistic directors to discuss dedication and touring availability.
Upcoming Cohort
Core rehearsals are held twice weekly in Central London, with intensive weekend sessions prior to international tours.
